I represent and warrant that the photograph, idea, artwork, statement or essay I am submitting is my own, whether in written form, .pdf, a video, tape recording or other medium ("My Submission") permitted to be received by Charles & Colvard, Ltd. ("Charles & Colvard"). It is an original creation of mine and is not based on, or derived from, the written, visual or auditory work or works of anyone else. I hereby assign to Charles & Colvard and Charles & Colvard hereby accepts assignment of all of my right, title and interest in and to My Submission. I acknowledge that Charles & Colvard has the right to publish, use, edit, adapt and/or modify My Submission in whatever way it chooses, without compensation to me or any other person.

If a photograph is part of My Submission, I grant to Charles & Colvard, Ltd. ("Charles & Colvard") the absolute and irrevocable right and unrestricted permission to use in perpetuity my likeness and photograph taken of me, in whole or in part, whether distorted in character or form, either alone or accompanied by other material, throughout the world, for promotion, trade, advertising, publicity or any other lawful purpose whatsoever, and in any manner or media now known or developed hereafter.

I hereby release Charles & Colvard, its affiliates, subsidiaries, agents, representatives or anyone who receives permission from Charles & Colvard, from any and all liability, including, without limitation, any claims for violation of rights of privacy, publicity, moral rights or copyright, resulting from the use of My Submission and my likeness in accordance with these terms. This release includes claims for what might be deemed to be misrepresentation of me, my character or my person due to distortion, optical illusion, or fault reproduction which may occur in the finished product.

I represent that I am 18 years of age or older and that, upon my execution of this Copyright Assignment and indicating my acceptance of these terms by selecting the clickbox below, Charles & Colvard will own all right, title, and interest (including, without limitation, copyrights) in My Submission, free and clear of any liens, claims, licenses, reservations or encumbrances of me or anyone else.
